Jisoo Yang, a student from Professor Jinwoo Kim's lab in the Graduate School of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology, has been selected as a 2025 scholar of the Kwanjeong Lee Jong-Hwan Educational Foundation for domestic graduate students.

The Kwanjeong Lee Jong-Hwan Foundation was established with the vision of nurturing world-class talent across various fields including the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and culture, with the goal of fostering future Nobel laureates and contributing to national development and the betterment of humanity. It is now recognized as the largest scholarship foundation in Asia.

The scholarship provides up to 6 million KRW per semester, with a maximum of 24 million KRW over four semesters.
