Established in 2024 as part of KAIST’s world-class, research-driven graduate school, the Graduate School of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology is committed to pioneering innovative research and education in the cutting-edge fields of stem cell and regenerative biology. This discipline encompasses both fundamental research that explores the mysteries of life and applied research aimed at developing treatments for currently incurable diseases.
Stem cell and regenerative biology research demands a multidisciplinary approach, integrating knowledge from developmental biology, molecular cell biology, medicine, chemistry, physics, and engineering. By bridging these diverse disciplines, our Graduate School strives to advance the understanding of stem cell identity and differentiation, tissue development, and homeostasis—ultimately contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for tissue and organ regeneration.
Our graduate program provides a dynamic educational and research environment, empowering students and researchers to freely explore creative and innovative ideas while pursuing their passions. Through the convergence of diverse expertise, we aim to push the boundaries of stem cell and regenerative biology.
At the KAIST Graduate School of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology, we deeply value your curiosity and passion for research. We welcome your thoughts, questions, and engagement with our program. Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our work. We hope this graduate program serves as both a meaningful challenge and a significant milestone in your academic journey.
