Master’s Thesis Proposal Submission Notice
(All Master’s students must submit within 10 months after enrollment)

We hereby inform Master’s students to submit their thesis proposals by the deadline following the process outlined below.

- Eligible Candidates: All Master’s program students
- Submission Deadline: Within 10 months after enrollment
  (For Fall 2024 entrants, submit by June 27, 2025)
- Submission Method: Enter thesis proposal into the Portal, print it, and submit the signed hard copy
- Detailed Submission Steps:
  Log in to the Portal → Navigate to Academics → Thesis → Thesis Management → Register Thesis Information
  → Search by your name → Enter basic thesis information → Enter thesis proposal → Print thesis proposal
  → Obtain signatures from your advisor, department staff, and program director → Submit the signed copy to the department office (E6-6 Basic Science Building, Room 511)

① Students admitted to each program must prepare a thesis proposal and submit it to the President via their advisor and department chair or dean for approval within 10 months after enrollment for Master’s and professional Master’s programs, and within 2 years for doctoral programs.
